PRODUCT · ADDRESS SOLUTIONS
Turn address data into points and regions.
Address data may be meaningful on paper, but it becomes strategic when it comes to life on a map. Next Geo’s Address Solutions let you transform your address data into smart maps across every process — from customer addresses to delivery points, from regional responsibilities to service areas.
THE NEED STATED ON THE PRODUCTS PAGE
Map your address data and define regions and service areas
The need has two halves; so does this page.
ADDRESS→POINT
A line of address text resolves to a single coordinate on the map: matched, deduplicated, verified.
POINT→REGION
Those points become service regions, field-team areas of responsibility and coverage maps.
- 4CAPABILITIES
- 4USER PROFILES
- 3STEPS
All three numbers are countable from this page: the four capability rows below, the four user profiles set beside them in the same rows, and the three steps that produce the report.
KEY FEATURES · USER PROFILES
Four capabilities, four users beside them.
The first two turn a single address into a point on the map; the last two turn those points into regions and coverage. All four run on the same platform, over the same address data. An address is not just a line, it’s a strategic beginning — the right-hand column says whose job each capability does.
First the address: from a line to a point

01
Real-Time Address Matching
Locate any address you enter on the map and reach the correct point in seconds.
WHO IT IS FOR
Call center and customer service teams
An address read out over the phone lands on the right point on the map in seconds.
-
02
Logistics and Distribution Planning
Manage your delivery routes, customer addresses, and logistics centers on a single platform. Save time and money.
WHO IT IS FOR
Delivery, cargo and logistics companies
Delivery routes, customer addresses and logistics centers sit on one platform.
Then the region: from points to an area
-
03
Regional Responsibility Definitions
Clearly define your service regions or field teams’ areas of responsibility on the map.
WHO IT IS FOR
Regional sales and field teams
Who is responsible for which area is a single definition on the map rather than a separate list per team.
-
04
Address-Based Coverage Analysis
See which regions your current service points cover, identify gaps, and plan new investment areas.
WHO IT IS FOR
Multi-branch retail brands
You see which regions existing branches cover, and the gaps that are left become an opening plan.
These four headings and their descriptions are the same ones listed on the Address Solutions card on the Products page. The rows are not links: they are what this product does, not routes to other pages. This page’s lateral links are gathered into a single row further down.
SAMPLE OUTPUT
An address list goes in; points and regions come out.
One report, two parts. Above, the matching result for four lines of address text; below, the coverage summary for one service region built from those points. Both are outputs of the four capabilities above.
| LINE AS ENTERED | MATCHED POINT |
|---|---|
| Barbaros Mah. Halk Cd. No:12/A Ataşehir | Ataşehir, Istanbul building level MATCHED |
| atasehir barbaros mh halk cd 12a | Same point as the first line DEDUPLICATED |
| Göztepe Mah. 22. Sk. Kadıköy | Kadıköy, Istanbul street level NEEDS VERIFICATION |
| Kartal Sanayi Sit. İstanbul | Kartal, Istanbul building level MATCHED |
Each line is bound to a coordinate and to the region it falls in. Different spellings of one address collapse onto a single point; lines with no building number match at street level and are flagged for verification.
PART 2 · COVERAGE SUMMARY FOR A SAMPLE SERVICE REGION
- Addresses in the region
- 1,248
- Service points assigned
- 3
- Covered within a 10-min drive
- 1,074
- Addresses left uncovered
- 174
- Coverage rate
- 86%
- Addresses per service point
- 416
The 174 uncovered addresses fall outside the ten-minute drive band of all three existing points. Coverage analysis turns that gap into a new-site decision, and the region definition turns it into a field team’s area of responsibility.
Sample output. Figures are illustrative. Real output is produced from your own address list; the ten-minute drive band is the same frame used in the other examples on this site.
RAW RECORD · COORDINATE · DEDUPLICATION
When does a raw line become a point?
A free-text address is tied to coordinates the moment it enters the list, not in a batch job run later. Different spellings of one address do not pile up as separate records; they collapse onto a single point, so what you are left with is the number of real addresses rather than the number of rows.

DRIVE TIME · 10 / 20 / 30 MINUTES
Where does one service point’s area end?
Coverage is not a circle drawn on a map; it is drive time computed over the street network. The 10, 20 and 30 minute bands opening outward from the point are the real edge of the service area, and the addresses beyond them are the coverage gap the summary above counts.

HOW IT STARTS
From your address list to a region map.
Three steps. Behind each one is a named Next Geo solution or product — no surprise layer in between.
-
01
The list arrives as it is
Addresses are accepted exactly as they were typed. They connect from your internal systems or over the ready-to-use API; abbreviations, missing building numbers and different spellings of one address are not a problem at this step.

02
Matched, deduplicated, verified
Each line resolves to a coordinate; different spellings of one address collapse onto a single point; incomplete or doubtful lines are flagged. These four operations are Next Geo’s own Data Services headings.

- Deduplication

03
Regions and coverage are defined
Points are bound to service regions and to field teams’ areas of responsibility; coverage analysis shows which addresses are left outside. The result is the same on the map and in the systems you connect.
- Service region
- Area of responsibility
- Coverage summary
Address data is both this product’s input and the ground it stands on: the stated output of the Data Services solution — deduplicated, verified address data that can be put on a map — is what Address Solutions runs over. If you are not sure which of the two you need, the links below describe both.
NEXT STEP
Let’s put your address list on the map.
Let’s work out together which steps your address data needs to go through, and which region definitions will actually cover your business.
