5
CAPABILITIES, IN ONE PRODUCT
Three are about the interface your visitor sees; two are about the location data that interface reads. All five are numbered 01 to 05 in the list below.
Your locations on your own site’s corporate map.
GeoView is a professional solution that enables you to present your company’s stores, stations, dealers or branches to the user with a customized map interface on your company’s website. Not just a map: a digital showcase that carries your brand identity and reflects your locations accurately and up to date.
- 7RECORD FIELDS
- 4ROLLOUT STEPS
- 5USE CASES
All four numbers can be counted from this page: the five capability titles, the seven fields of the sample location record, the four-step technical process, and the five use cases Next Geo wrote for GeoView.
THE NEED ON THE PRODUCTS PAGE
Show your store, station and dealer network on your own website
The need has two halves, and so does this page.
- The face
- The interface your visitor meets: your colours, your icons, and a search and filter that work on every device.
- The record
- The location data that interface reads: the right coordinate, the right detail, and every opening and closing tracked.
THE PRODUCT’S TWO HALVES
What the visitor sees, and what stands behind it.
The first panel is the store finder embedded in your site. The second is the record behind a single point in that list: seven fields, each of which does something in the interface. A map is only ever as right as the record behind it, which is why both sit inside one product.
EMBEDDED IN YOUR SITE
- City
- Service type
- Working hours
- 01 Kadıköy Branch Caferağa Mah. · Kadıköy 1.2 km OPEN
- 02 Göztepe Branch Merdivenköy Mah. · Kadıköy 3.4 km OPEN
- 03 Ataşehir Branch Barbaros Mah. · Ataşehir 5.1 km CLOSED
- 04 Maltepe Branch Cevizli Mah. · Maltepe 7.8 km OPEN
The visitor types a city or shares their location, and the list starts from the nearest point. Each of the three filters is a row of the table in the second panel — a filter only works if the record carries that field.
| FIELD | SAMPLE VALUE | IN THE INTERFACE |
|---|---|---|
| Point name | Kadıköy Branch | The title in the list and on the map |
| Address | Caferağa Mah., Kadıköy | What a city or district search matches on |
| Coordinate | 40.9902, 29.0270 | Where “nearest first” is computed from |
| Working hours | Weekdays 09:00–19:00 | The working-hours filter, the OPEN/CLOSED badge |
| Service tags | Parking · Step-free access | The service-type filter |
| Last updated | 12 days ago | The trace of the up-to-date guarantee |
| Status | Published | Whether the point appears in the list |
| If the coordinate is wrong, everything in the interface is wrong. | ||
The card your visitor sees is generated from this record. Next Geo collects these fields and keeps them current; openings, moves and closures are written back here.
Sample output. Branch names, distances, hours and the coordinate are illustrative. The panel is drawn in Next Geo’s own palette; the real interface is designed with your colours, icons and typeface, and the real list is generated from your location data.
THE FIVE CAPABILITIES
The face: what the visitor sees
-
01
Map Interface Suitable for Corporate Design
The GeoView interface is fully designed according to your company’s corporate identity in terms of colors, icons, fonts and user experience elements. The map solution looks like a part of your site; it does not create the feeling of a separate platform.
-
02
Mobile Compatible, Fast and Easy to Use
GeoView increases the accessibility of your website and supports conversion rates with its design that can be accessed from any device, loads quickly and is user-friendly.
-
03
Smart Search and Filtering
Users can easily search by criteria such as city, service type and working hours. They can find the nearest point in seconds.
The record: how the information stays right
-
04
Accurate Positioning & Data Management
The processes of accurately mapping all branch/store/station locations, determining latitude-longitude information and entering location-based details are carried out by Next Geo.
-
05
Up-to-Date Guarantee
Newly opened points, closed businesses or address changes are regularly updated. Users always see accurate information.
The five titles and their descriptions are the same ones listed on the GeoView card on the Products page. The face / record split is a reading order, not a separate product bundle. Two named Next Geo services sit behind the last two titles: turning address data into a mapped point is Data Services, while the listing that appears on map platforms outside your own site is Digital Map Solutions. GeoView is the map on your site.
TECHNICAL PROCESS
From your location list to a published map.
Four steps, and all four names come from Next Geo’s own process definition. You supply a list and a corporate identity; everything else sits inside these four.
-
01
Data Collection & Coordination
We take your branch, store, dealer or station list as it is. Addresses are mapped, latitude-longitude information is determined and location-based details are entered. Next Geo carries out this process.
- Address list
- Coordinates
- Detail fields
-
02
Interface Design & Approval Process
Colors, icons, fonts and user experience elements are designed according to your corporate identity. The design goes through your approval before any development starts.
- Colour and icon set
- Typeface
- Approval
-
03
Software Development & Integration
The map is built to work as a part of your site rather than as a separate platform, and is connected to your existing infrastructure. Search, filtering and mobile behaviour are set up here.
- Site integration
- Search and filter
- Mobile
-
04
Publishing & Continuous Update Support
Publishing is not the end. Newly opened points, closed businesses and address changes are written back into the record on a regular basis, so the visitor always sees accurate information.
- Go-live
- New point
- Closure
- Address change
If, at step three, the map has to read your live branch list out of your corporate systems, the ready API infrastructure and the CRM integration live under Setup and Integration. If the requirement is outside GeoView’s shape altogether — an interface designed around your own business process — that is what Next Geo Tailor is for.

USE CASES
Businesses with a network of points that has to be shown.
Next Geo wrote these five groups for GeoView itself. What they share: when a customer asks “which one is nearest”, the answer should be on your own site rather than on somebody else’s map.
- Fuel and energy companies The driver is already on the road, searching from a phone for the nearest station, whether it is open, and which services it has. Fuel sector
- Chain stores and retail brands Dozens or hundreds of branches. The customer wants to see which one is nearest on the brand’s own site. Retail sector
- Banks, pharmacies, health institutions Working hours change the decision outright: a wrong opening time is a visitor standing at a closed door. Banking sector Health sector
- Automotive dealers, logistics companies Authorised dealers, service points and transfer hubs: a visitor picks these from geography, not from a list. Automotive sector
- All institutions with a franchise structure Most points may be independently run, but the shopfront has to be single: one interface, one record, one list updated centrally. Across sectors
The five group names come from Next Geo’s own list; the single clause beside each row is this page’s. Franchise is not a sector but an operating model that cuts across the other four, which is why it has no sector page of its own.
NEXT STEP
Let’s publish your branch network on your own site.
With GeoView your stores are not just visible on digital maps, they represent your brand. Your users quickly access accurate information, and your brand looks strong and up to date.
