SAHANIN GÜCÜ · FIELD OPERATIONS PLATFORM

Where is your field team, what did they do, how far have they got?

Sahanın Gücü brings visit planning, field capture and reporting into a single flow.

A field operations platform — planning, visits, surveys, check-ins and reporting, on the map and inside one application. One application, three surfaces: iOS, Android and a web admin panel.

  • 3SURFACES
  • 3FILTER METHODS
  • 6RECORD TYPES

All three numbers can be counted from this page: the three surfaces the application runs on, the three filter methods on the map, and the six kinds of record kept against a point.

01 · THE PROBLEM IN THE FIELD

Field data reaches head office late and incomplete.

Was the visit actually made, what was discussed at which point, which action was left open?

Abstract drawing: a pale street grid seen from directly above on a deep navy ground, with five magenta points marked on it, and four separate flat slabs floating above the grid, joined to nothing.
Records made in the field end up detached from the points they were made at.

01

The plan stays on paper

The visit list is prepared in Excel, changes out in the field, and head office finds out days later.

02

The location cannot be verified

There is no record showing the visit really happened at that point; the report rests on a statement.

03

The data is scattered

The survey is on paper, the photograph is on WhatsApp, the action is in an e-mail. None of them is tied to the point.

04

The route is wasteful

The team goes to the same area twice in one day; the lost distance and time are never measured.

The result: field activity cannot be measured. Activity that cannot be measured cannot be managed.

02 · PLAN

The whole field, on one map.

The points assigned to you, your own location and the status labels are on the same screen. Pick the points on the map, then assign a date and a requirement to the team.

Istanbul street map covering Kagithane, 4. Levent, Etiler and part of the Bosphorus, with navy, magenta and hollow round markers scattered across it and a dark tablet in the top left giving the total number of points.
The visit plan · points already done, points planned and points still pending, all on one screen across Kagithane, Levent and Etiler.
  • Number of assigned points

The total point count sits at the top of the screen.

  • Address and point search

Jump straight to a location by point name or by address.

  • Status labels

There are three labels and all three are in the list: visited, planned, pending.

  • Saving a point

Save a point with a single tap to take it into a visit plan.

Three different methods to get down to the right point.

The filters work together and the result is redrawn on the map automatically.

Three Istanbul maps side by side: a magenta circle drawn around one point, a district boundary with its interior shaded, and a road route across the city with a wide band following it.
Smart filtering · the same set of points narrowed in turn by a radius, by a province and district, and by the buffer around a route.
  • 01

    By distance

Returns the points within a radius you set of where you are standing. For picking the nearest candidate during the day.

  • 02

    By administrative area

Pick a province and a district and it lists the points in that area. For a regional manager watching their own patch.

  • 03

    By route

Draw a route between two or more points and give it a buffer distance; every point along the route comes back.

Point status — visited, planned, pending — can be selected alongside any of the three filters.

The team's week is built in four steps.

  1. 01

    Select the points

Mark the points to be planned from the map screen or from a filter result.

  2. 02

    Assign a date

On the visits screen, select the points with no date yet and press assign date.

  3. 03

    Define the visit

Date, the people it is assigned to, the requirement (survey / check-in), whether it is mandatory, and the repeat interval.

  4. 04

    Take it into tracking

The plan is created; view the visits on the map, change a date or delete one.

Frequently used addresses such as home and the office are defined as profiles and are ready in every plan.

03 · EXECUTE

When the point is visited, the data is recorded too.

At the point, the field team fills in the survey, checks in and attaches a photograph. Every record is tied to the point, and head office sees it at the same moment.

Abstract drawing: a single magenta disc at the centre of a pale street grid on a deep navy ground, with six small geometric shapes ringed around it, each joined to the disc by a short line.
All six kinds of record attach to the same point; the point is the record's address.

01

Survey

Fill in the question set defined at head office while you are on site; the answers are written to the point.

02

Check-in

Record that the visit took place, together with the location, and add a note if one is needed.

03

Image

Attach an image from the gallery or straight from the camera, and write its description.

04

Action

Open an action with a type, a description, a date range, an assigned user and a status.

05

Point details

Update the address, the contact details and the custom fields out in the field.

06

Visit history

See the point's past and planned visits on the same screen.

04 · MEASURE

Everything completed is in a list, with a filter on it.

The day's picture, the moment the application opens. Completed visits, surveys and check-ins are listed at head office as they happen.

Drawing of a pale admin panel: at the top, day, week and month tabs with a magenta progress bar showing 61 of 96; below, two list cards side by side, upcoming points with their times on the left and the latest records on the right.
What head office sees · how much of the weekly target has closed, which points are next, and the records entered a moment ago.
  • Periodic target tracking

The share of visits completed and remaining, broken down by day, week and month.

  • Upcoming visits

The next points in a list, with their date and time.

  • Latest field activity

Completed surveys and check-ins in a live feed.

  • Check-in list

Completed check-in records, filtered by date and by status.

  • Survey list

Submitted surveys listed with a date filter; the answers stay attached to the point.

  • Permission-based view

A manager follows the activity of the users below them from their own panel.

Head office and the field talk inside the same application: campaigns defined centrally arrive as notifications and open in full under the Campaigns tab, and in-app chat means no separate channel is needed between the two.

05 · THE NEXT GEO ECOSYSTEM

Field data means something once it meets location intelligence.

Sahanın Gücü works on its own; run alongside the Next Geo platform, the field data you collect is overlaid with demographic, competitive and potential layers.

  1. 01

    Sahanın Gücü

Visit, survey, check-in and action data is collected in the field.

  2. 02

    NG Analyser

The collected data is overlaid with demographic, competitive and mobility layers.

  3. 03

    GeoBrain

The point's potential is scored and the recommendation is written out in plain language.

  4. 04

    Point Report

The result becomes a shareable report on the point.

06 · WHO USES IT

For any operation with a field to run.

The type of point changes, the flow stays the same: plan, visit, record, measure.

SIX SECTORS, SIX DIFFERENT KINDS OF POINT
SECTORWHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIELD
FMCGSales point visits, shelf checks, pre-order surveys.
FuelStation visit plans, field audits and brand standard checks.
InsuranceAgency visits, loss adjuster field records and risk notes.
TelecomsDealer and store audits, campaign rollout checks.
RetailStore audits, window and stock checks, action tracking.
BankingBranch and ATM field checks, regional manager visit plans.

07 · HOW WE START

Setup is finished inside a week.

  1. 01

    Point inventory

The points to be visited are loaded with their addresses, and the addresses are tied to coordinates.

  2. 02

    Users and permissions

Head office, regional and field roles are defined, and who sees whose data is decided.

  3. 03

    Survey and action sets

The questions to be asked in the field and the types of action that can be opened are set up.

  4. 04

    Team training and go-live

The field team is trained on the application and the first week is watched with support in place.

  • Cloud

Next Geo hosts it; no separate server is needed.

  • On-premise

It runs on the organisation's own infrastructure.
