PRODUCT · LOCATION ANALYSIS MOBILE

Make the call standing at the site.

Location Analysis Mobile is an AI-powered mobile application that enables field teams to make on-the-spot and quick decisions. Bringing Next Geo’s robust data infrastructure to the mobile platform, this solution offers many operations, from location reporting to route creation, instantly and with a user-friendly interface.

  • 8CAPABILITY HEADINGS
  • 5APP SCREENS
  • 2SAMPLE OUTPUTS

All three numbers can be counted from this page: five screens taken from the application itself, eight capability headings, and two sample output panels.

APP SCREENS

One site visit, five screens.

The five frames below are taken from the Location Analysis Mobile interface. The mapped area is Kadıköy, İstanbul, and the order is the order of a site visit.

  1. 01

    Map and search

Location Analysis Mobile map screen: a search field at the top, a single orange location marker on a map of Kadıköy, and a toolbar of locate, report, map, layer and clear buttons along the bottom.

The address search field and the marked site. The five buttons along the bottom are the application’s fixed toolbar.

  2. 02

    Quick action menu

Location Analysis Mobile quick action menu: a fan of options opening over the map, labelled Lokasyon Raporu, Grafik Analiz, Çevre Analizi, Nokta Ekle and Demografi.

The fan that opens at a site: Lokasyon Raporu (location report), Grafik Analiz (graphic analysis), Çevre Analizi (surroundings), Nokta Ekle (add point), Demografi (demographics).

  3. 03

    Area and radius

Location Analysis Mobile area selection screen: BÖLGE and BUFFER tabs, a radius slider running from 1 KM to 10 KM, four layer options and a NOKTALARI GETİR button.

BÖLGE (district) or BUFFER, a 1–10 km radius, and four layers: candidate sites, Next Geo’s own points, important locations, retail locations.

  4. 04

    Points found

Location Analysis Mobile results list: a “3 Nokta Bulundu” header above rows showing each point’s distance, district, neighbourhood and street address, with share, report, information, route and favourite buttons under each row.

“3 Nokta Bulundu” — three points found. Each row carries distance, district, neighbourhood and street, then share, report, information, route and favourite.

  5. 05

    Demographic charts

Location Analysis Mobile graphic analysis screen: an employment panel showing the number of employees and a pie chart of the white-collar, blue-collar and civil-servant split.

The employment breakdown for the selected area. Population, socio-economic status and urbanisation are read on the same screen.

The screenshots are taken from the application itself and its interface is in Turkish. The site names, identifiers and figures visible inside the screens belong to one example study; your own installation shows your own points and your own layers.

FOUR JOBS THOSE SCREENS DO

Four of the application’s eight capabilities, each in its own frame and named under it. All eight are set out in words in the next section.

A dark street map ringed in pink around the Bağdat Cad. No:112 pin, beside a three-row table reading 82/100, 31K people within 500 m and 7 competitors, plus a Download as PDF button.
Generating Location Reports · one site, its surroundings in detail
Six horizontal bars for age bands, climbing from 38 at 0-14 to a pink-highlighted 92 at 25-34 and falling to 30 at 65+, with each value printed at the right edge.
Graphic Analysis · demographic indicators read as charts
On a dark map a dashed line runs from a white A marker through pink stops numbered 1 to 4, with a navy card at lower left reading 18.4 km and 4 stops · 1 hr 12 min.
Route Creation · a field route stepping from site to site
Two dark map tiles side by side, one pinned A for Bağdat Cad. and one pinned B for Kozyatağı, each labelled underneath with its score in a pink badge: 82 on the left, 74 on the right.
Creating Comparison Reports · two candidates side by side

APPLICATION FEATURES

Eight capabilities, two halves of a visit.

The eight headings are the ones the Products page already lists on the Location Analysis Mobile card. Here they are split in the order a site visit actually happens: first the site is captured, then the decision is made.

An irregular pink cluster of dots spreading along the streets on the right of a Kadıköy map, with pale lilac business dots around it.
A fifteen-minute walking area from one starting point.

FIRST HALF

Capture in the field

Search for the site, build the route, record it on the spot with a name, an address and photos, and share it with the team. When the visit ends, the site is a record.

  1. Adding Points

During field studies, save your candidate locations through the application by adding name, address, and photo. Create a digital memory of each location.

  2. Address Search & Adding Favorite Locations

Easily search for the location you’re interested in, save frequently used addresses, and add them to your favorites for later access.

  3. Route Creation

Create routes between your saved addresses and your current location; facilitate your field planning with distance and time information.

  4. Location Sharing

Strengthen field coordination by instantly sharing important addresses with your teammates.

SECOND HALF

Decide on the spot

Produce that site’s report, its demographic charts and its comparison against a second candidate on the phone, without going back to a desk.

  1. Generating Location Reports

Instantly generate a detailed AI-powered report for any location you’re interested in, including data on demographics, retail score, competition, pedestrian traffic, rental value, and street view.

  2. Graphic Analysis

Analyze demographic indicators such as population, socio-economic status, urbanization, and employment in graphs on your mobile device. Don’t just view the data; understand it.

  3. Creating Comparison Reports

Compare two different candidate locations and see which is more advantageous with data-driven analyses.

  4. Traffic Layer

Prioritize highly accessible locations by examining traffic density live.

The grouping is a reading order, not a separate family of modules: all eight capabilities live in the same application and run on the same Next Geo data infrastructure. The headings and their descriptions are the ones listed on the Location Analysis Mobile card on the Products page.

SAMPLE OUTPUT

What do you leave the site holding?

The first panel is the record a field team leaves at the site. The second is that same site compared against a second candidate. Both are outputs of the eight capability headings above, and both are produced on the phone before anyone gets back to a desk.

A dense pink cluster of dots branching along the roads on the right of a pale İstanbul map, with nothing marked outside it.

The five criteria are the fields of the location report, set side by side for two sites. A is busier and has heavier footfall, but competition and rent are higher there too; the score is what reduces that trade-off to one number.

Sample output. The figures are illustrative. A real report is produced from your own candidate sites; the ten-minute drive band is the same frame used by the other samples on this site.

HOW IT STARTS

From your point list to a field phone.

Three steps. Each one has a named Next Geo solution or product behind it; there is no surprise layer in between.

  1. 01

    Your list becomes points

Your existing branches and candidate sites arrive as addresses; they are matched, enriched, deduplicated and verified. As long as a point sits on the wrong coordinate, everything read about it in the field is wrong.

    • Matching
    • Enrichment
    • Deduplication
    • Verification
  2. 02

    Layers open in the app

Your own points and Next Geo’s point database are connected as separate layers, and the field team chooses which to switch on. Users, permissions and any connection to your own systems are defined in the Setup and Integration step.

    • Aday Noktalar
    • Next Geo Noktalar
    • Önemli Lokasyonlar
    • Perakende Lokasyonlar
  3. 03

    Field output comes back

Points added in the field, the location reports produced there and the comparisons all collect on the same data infrastructure. The point you see at your desk and the point you see in the field are one record, so there is no post-visit data entry step.

    • Site record
    • Location report
    • Comparison report

If you are setting up the desktop side as well, the same data infrastructure runs there: Location Analysis Web queries the same points in more depth, and Point Report produces a ready report for a single address.

NEXT STEP

Let’s put your field team on the map.

Let us work out together which points belong in the application and which reports your field team needs.
