PRODUCT · SETUP AND INTEGRATION

Connect Next Geo to your own systems.

The Products page introduces this product in a single line: “Connect the platform to your sales and CRM systems.” The need has two halves, and so does the product’s name — first the setup, meaning where the platform runs; then the integration, meaning what it connects to.

Thanks to its technological infrastructure, Next Geo products can be deployed with minimal operational load. Whether it is a small-scale field application or large data integration, our platforms easily adapt to your in-house systems with their flexible architecture.

  • 1–3BUSINESS DAYS · STANDARD SETUP

The first two numbers are countable from this page: the four capability rows in section 01 and the two deployment models in section 02. The third is the standard installation time, and it varies with the organisation’s IT infrastructure.

01 · WHAT IT DOES, WHAT YOU GAIN

Fast installation, strong compatibility, zero downtime.

Four rows. The first column of each row answers “What We Offer?”, the second answers “What You Gain?”. The first two rows are about where and how the platform is installed, the last two about what it connects to. Effortlessly integrate Next Geo solutions into your infrastructure and feel the efficiency straight away.

  1. 01 SETUP

    Fast and Easy Installation

Our product infrastructure, developed with next-generation technologies, delivers high performance even in low configurations. We offer customized solutions for your business with cloud-based or on-premise installation options.

    Shorter deployment time

The product infrastructure delivers high performance even in low configurations, and the install can be cloud-based or on-premise.

  2. 02 SETUP

    Flexible Architecture, Easy Adaptation

Implement your projects without delay thanks to the modular structure that can adapt to different IT infrastructures and software systems.

Simple installation processes that do not strain IT resources

The modular structure adapts to the IT infrastructure and software systems you already run, so the project goes live without delay.

  3. 03 INTEGRATION

Integration with Sales and CRM Systems

We enable you to make smarter decisions by integrating your sales data, customer records, and operational processes with location analytics.

Seamless data synchronization with your own systems

Your sales data, customer records and operational processes are read in the same place as location analytics.

  4. 04 INTEGRATION

    Ready-Made API Infrastructure

Easily perform one-way or two-way data exchange between systems thanks to our advanced API support. Do not just view your data; analyze, process, and turn it into strategy.

Structure open to future integration needs

The ready-made API infrastructure keeps one-way or two-way exchange between systems open today and on the next connection too.

The modular structure in the second row runs as four layers: the integration layer, the data layer, the analysis engine and the interface layer. Changing one layer does not break the others.

These four headings appear in the same order on the Setup and Integration card on the Products page. The rows are not links; they are the product’s own capabilities. Every lateral link on this page is gathered into a single row in section 04.

02 · DEPLOYMENT MODELS

Cloud, or on-premise?

The platform runs in one of two models, and the decision is shaped according to the organisation’s needs. Six of the eight fields are the same in both; only two change.

Going live is four steps, in order — choosing the deployment model, defining users and permissions, connecting data sources, and team training and launch.

03 · INTEGRATION FLOW

What moves, and which way?

One example setup, connected to sales and CRM systems. Three items leave your organisation and two come back; both directions run over the same ready-made API infrastructure.

04 · HOW WE START

Model, connection, go-live.

Three steps. Each one has a published Next Geo setup or support definition behind it; there is no surprise layer in between.

  1. 01

    The deployment model is chosen

You decide where the platform runs. On the cloud model Next Geo does the hosting and no server of your own is required; on an on-premise install the platform runs on your own infrastructure. The decision is shaped according to the organisation’s needs.

  2. 02

    The connections are made

Your sales data, customer records and operational processes are connected to location analytics over the ready-made API infrastructure, configured as one-way or two-way exchange. Ready-made templates in the integration process mean quick action can be taken.

  3. 03

    Training, test, go-live

The technical support team works with you before, during and after the installation. One-to-one support is given at the training, integration and test steps, and documentation and a support portal are open to all users.

Standard installations are completed within 1–3 business days; the time varies with the organisation’s IT infrastructure. The full answers to four setup and integration questions — how the integration is done, how long it takes, cloud or on-premise, and how support is delivered — are written on the FAQ page.

05 · NEXT STEP

Which model, which systems?

Let’s work out together whether the setup belongs on the cloud or on your own infrastructure, and which of your systems need connecting.
