PUBLIC

Where does your city inventory stand?

The effectiveness of public investments and services is directly related to accurate location analyses. Next Geo helps public institutions optimize their planning and operational processes with its robust data infrastructure and AI-powered technologies.

All three numbers can be counted from this page: the four analysis titles below, and the three product pages and one solution page they resolve into.

SAMPLE OUTPUT

How much of the inventory is on the map, and where is investment needed?

The first file shows how many of a district’s asset records carry a verified coordinate; the second puts the population profile and the existing facilities of one catchment side by side. Both are outputs of the four analysis titles below.

688 of 701 records sit on the map with a coordinate; 13 could not be verified and are the work list. The Inventory Management Platform recalculates that gap on every update, and the Digital City Guide publishes only verified records to citizens. The bar in each row is that asset type’s share of the 701 records.

The report reads the need from the comparison between the two groups: in this sample there are three nurseries for 8,100 children, and no cultural centre in the catchment at all. The same table is rebuilt for a health or transport investment; only the facility type being counted changes.

OUR OFFERED VALUES

Four analysis titles for the public sector.

Each resolves into a named Next Geo product or solution. The whole row is the link to that page; there is no separate “more info” link.

The split between inventory and feasibility is a reading order, not a separate product family: all four titles run on the same data infrastructure. The titles and their descriptions are the same ones listed on the Public card on the /en/sectors/ page, and that page also counts Public as one of the five sectors of the Reporting solution.

HOW WE START

From institutional records to a city inventory.

Three steps. Behind each one is a named Next Geo product or solution; there is no surprise layer in between.

  1. 01

    Records become points

Asset and address lists held by different departments are gathered into one set, then matched, de-duplicated and verified against field checks. As long as an asset sits at the wrong coordinate, everything said about its surroundings is wrong.

  2. 02

    City layers are attached

Each point picks up the population, existing-facility and access layers within walking and driving distance.

  3. 03

Guide, platform and report come out

The same inventory then appears in three places: the management platform departments share, the digital guide open to citizens, and the feasibility report an investment decision rests on. All three read from one verified set of records.

Choosing where a new facility goes comes out of the same infrastructure: one of the six published elements of the Location and Area Selection solution is the pull effect of schools, hospitals and public institutions on the movement around them. Keeping the points you publish to citizens correct and current on Google and Yandex Maps is a separate service heading.

NEXT STEP

Let’s map your city inventory together.

Let’s decide together which asset types go into the inventory, and which analysis title it needs.
