PRODUCT · POINT REPORT
More than an address.
Point Report is a data-driven decision support document that deeply analyzes the demographic structure, competitive landscape and accessibility potential of a specific address’s surroundings. Created with the Next Geo database and special modeling data, this report ensures that strategic decisions such as investment, branch opening or location evaluation are based on solid foundations.

REPORT CONTENTS
Six sections, one address.
The report starts at the address itself, draws the pedestrian access area, compares that area’s demographics with the neighbourhood and the district, then steps out to a one-kilometre radius and lists the important locations and the competitors one by one.
| SECTION | WHAT THE REPORT GIVES YOU | FIELDS |
|---|---|---|
| THE ADDRESS AND ITS ACCESS | ||
| 01 Location Information | Includes the Next Geo Retail Index of the street where the address is located and the commercial potential degree of the location. The shopping density and sectoral attractiveness of the region are presented with quantitative data. |
|
| 02 Accessibility Area Map | 5, 10 and 15-minute pedestrian access areas to the address are visualized on the map. These areas, calculated based on actual pedestrian routes, reveal the physical access volume. |
|
| 03 Demographic Access Data | Access areas are presented in comparative tables with demographic information such as population, age group, income level and socio-economic segmentation at the neighbourhood, district and provincial level to which the address belongs. |
|
| THE SURROUNDINGS AND THE COMPETITION | ||
| 04 Surrounding Point Map – Important Locations | Critical locations such as schools, health institutions, official buildings and public areas within a 1 km radius of the address are shown on the map. The environmental density is also measured with the quantity information of these institutions. |
|
| 05 Surrounding Point Map – Competitors | Competing businesses operating in the same sector are located on the map within a 1 km radius. The physical density of competition is visually analyzed. |
|
| 06 Competitor Listing Table | A detailed list of the competitors shown on the map is provided: it includes the signboard name, brand, full address and distance to the centre address. This allows for direct competitor comparison. |
|
| All six sections arrive in a single document — maps and competitor list included, for one address. | ||
All six headings are the ones listed on the Point Report card on the products page; this page opens them up rather than changing them. The report is produced with the Next Geo database and special modeling data.
SAMPLE OUTPUT
One analysis, two shapes.
The first panel is a page from the document: the pedestrian access area around an address and the demographics of that area. The second is the summary for the same address coming back in a chat. The long and the short version of one analysis.

The first two rows are for the 10-minute pedestrian access area, and the report gives them alongside the neighbourhood, district and provincial figures. The last two are the point count within a 1 km radius.
THE ADDRESS GOES OUT, THE REPORT COMES BACK

You send the address into the chat and the summary comes back in the same thread. The full detail — six sections, the maps and the competitor list — stays in the document.
Sample output. Figures are illustrative. Real reports are produced for your own address and sector, combining the Next Geo database and special modeling data.
The report’s three map pages, in the order they appear in the document. The access area is drawn along the street network rather than as a circle; the important locations within one kilometre are marked on one map, and the same-sector competitor sites on another.

HOW YOU GET ONE
From an address to a report, in three steps.
Behind each step there is a named Next Geo product or a named data source. There is no surprise layer in between.
-
01
You give the address and the sector
The full address you are evaluating is enough. You add your sector next to it: the report lists businesses “operating in the same sector”, so what counts as a competitor depends on the sector, and that definition matters as much as the address itself.
- Full address
- Sector
- Competitor definition
-
02
The address becomes a point, the layers attach
The address is matched and verified first: as long as a point sits on the wrong coordinate, everything said about its surroundings is wrong. Then the 5, 10 and 15-minute pedestrian rings are drawn and demographics, surrounding points and competition are attached to those rings.

The report is delivered
All six sections arrive in a single document, maps included. If you want the summary for that same address in a chat instead, the WhatsApp Location Report sends the short version of the same analysis back to where you sent the address.

- WhatsApp Location Report
If you need to evaluate a whole branch list rather than a single address, compare candidate areas by drawing them on a map, or receive the report at regular intervals, the same data infrastructure runs behind Next Geo’s other products and solutions.
NEXT STEP
Let’s start with one address.
Send us the address you are evaluating and the sector you work in, and we will work out together which sections of the Point Report your decision needs.
