SERVICE · DIGITAL MAP SOLUTIONS

One place to run your location presence, without a break in it.

End-to-end management, protection and growth of your business locations on Google, Yandex and Apple Maps. This page is about how that work actually runs: a nine-step operation that opens with a letter of consent, AI-assisted monitoring, a two-person team assigned to you, and a weekly report.

  • 3MAP PLATFORMS
  • 9OPERATION STEPS
  • 2PEOPLE ON YOUR PROJECT

What each service heading covers — from setup through to comment management — is written out on the Digital Map Services solution page. What is written here is how that same work is run.

WHY IT MATTERS

A map listing is a living asset that needs maintenance.

A customer is most likely looking for you on a map before they ever visit you. A profile that is incomplete, wrong or suspended there is a customer lost outright.

Location management is not a one-off job; it is a living asset that needs constant maintenance. A listing is correct on the day it opens. Whether it is still correct three months later depends on who is looking at it, and how often.

A plain street grid seen from directly above, carrying three different kinds of location marker: solid filled markers, empty markers drawn as an outline only, and one faded marker whose outline is broken by a gap. Beside one solid marker sits a fainter duplicate of the same shape.
States that can sit on one grid at the same time: a managed listing, a listing never linked to the account, and a suspended listing.

Local search

Users check the location, the comments and the directions on maps before they set off for a business.

Incomplete profile

A wrong address, a branch that looks closed, or details that are out of date send the customer to a competitor.

Negative comment

A single unanswered negative comment can change the minds of dozens of would-be customers.

Suspension

A profile suspended under platform protocol takes your visibility to zero without anyone noticing.

OPERATION FLOW

From a letter of consent to a weekly report, in nine steps.

The operation opens with an authority, not with a list of points. The order below is the order it runs in.

  1. 01

    Consent & Authorisation

We take a letter of consent under the headings your company sends us, then apply to the platforms concerned with formal authority.

  2. 02

    Account Discovery & Opening

Where an account has already been opened on a platform we take over its details; where none exists we open new accounts on a company-domain email address.

  3. 03

    Synchronising the Listings

Details on defined listings that have closed or need changing are passed to the platforms through our API services and updated there.

  4. 04

    Notifications & Problem Resolution

Every notification the platforms raise during the process is settled quickly, by taking it up with our representatives there.

  5. 05

    Detection by AI

Listings opened by users, or never linked to the account, are found by our AI tools and acted on.

  6. 06

    Periodic New Point Definition

New points are defined on the platforms in immediate, weekly, 15-day or monthly cycles, whichever you ask for.

  7. 07

    Immediate Intervention & Reputation

Profiles that fall into suspension and negative comments are caught by AI, and the intervention process starts at once.

  8. 08

    Advertising Integration (optional)

Should you ask for it, we work alongside agencies on the advertising run against these locations and connect the accounts.

  9. 09

    Regular Reporting

Every week we share everything that has moved, transparently, over the platform we have agreed on with you.

From setup through protection to growth, every step is run for you on automatic cycles.

PLATFORMS COVERED

The major map ecosystems your customers look for you in, run from one place.

Google Maps

The widest user base; the heart of search, comments and directions.

Yandex Maps

Critical visibility and navigation coverage in regional search.

Apple Maps

The default location and wayfinding experience in the iOS ecosystem.

Not one profile; one consistent, current business identity right across the ecosystem.

WHAT SETS US APART

AI finds it, our specialists resolve it.

The speed of automation, the judgement of a person. Three things are picked up before you notice them:

It finds the unclaimed listing
Listings opened by users and never linked to your account are detected automatically.
It catches the suspension
A live profile that falls into suspension is noticed, and intervention is triggered straight away.
It watches the comments
Negative comments are scanned in real time and put onto the action list.
A single magenta arc sweeps edge to edge across a plain street grid seen from above, with two fainter arcs trailing behind it. The three location markers the leading arc has crossed are picked out in magenta; the rest stay pale.
A continuous sweep: on every pass over the same point network, whatever has changed state is marked.

OPENNESS

You should not have to ask what was done.

Everything that has moved is shared every week, over the platform we agree on with you. For the questions and requests that fall between two reports, email and WhatsApp are open.

The ~3 hour average turnaround and the two people assigned to you are what Next Geo undertakes to provide: a commitment given, not a duration measured.

What is in the report?

  • Newly added points
  • Suspended profiles handled
  • Negative comments removed
  • Points to be closed or moved
  • Points whose details need updating
A five-row report page: each row carries one report line and a single figure for the week, reading six, two, three, four and eleven. SAMPLE
Weekly Report · five lines answered on one page with one figure each. The lines are the report's own headings; the counts beside them belong to a sample week.

We do not only manage it; we measure it and improve it.

Data such as how much each location was viewed, how many comments it drew and which one directions were taken to is collected over API and reported regularly.

Views
How much each location is viewed across the platforms.
Comment count
The volume of comments left on the points, and which way it is going.
Directions
How many times directions were taken to which location.
Comparison
How the locations perform against one another.
A six-row table: each row carries a numbered point and the district it sits in, then its figures under the views, comments and directions columns. The rows run from the highest number of views down to the lowest. SAMPLE
Usage Detail · where six points stand against one another over the same period. The column names give the fourth measure, comparison, in a single reading.

TEAM & PROCESS

One point of contact, clear responsibility.

You always know who you are talking to. Two people are assigned to the operation, and both of them are named from the start.

Project Manager
Plans the operation as a whole, manages your requests and coordinates the process end to end.
Support Manager
Answers the questions and requests that come in, and runs the day-to-day operational flow.
