SOLUTION · OPTIMIZATION

Is your existing network set up correctly?

Successful brands know not only where they are, but also where they can be better. Next Geo helps you restructure your business processes and make them more efficient with location data.

  • 4OPTIMIZATION TITLES
  • 4OPTIMIZATION TITLES
  • 3STAGES

All three numbers can be counted from this page: the four optimization titles below, the three stages that apply them, and Next Geo’s own three optimization stages.

THE NETWORK YOU HAVE → THE ONE PROPOSED

One network, two states.

THE FOUR MEASURES OPTIMIZATION WORKS ON
MEASURESEEN TODAY PROPOSED
Sales performanceA score per point, from sales, access and competitionClosure or relocation for a low-scoring point
CannibalizationPoint pairs with overlapping catchmentsA relocation that removes the overlap
Coverage gapHigh potential left outside the coverageA new point that closes the gap
Operational costRent, headcount and logistics, per pointStreamlining and a logistical advantage
OutputA closure, relocation or repositioning recommendation on a point-by-point basis. A recommendation is not a decision — closing and moving are the brand’s call.

All four measures work on the same list of points; the table only puts what each one sees today next to what it recommends in return.

Benefits of optimization

  1. 01 Early detection of low-performing points
  2. 02 Minimizing unnecessary costs
  3. 03 Directing investments to more efficient areas
  4. 04 Strategically simplifying and strengthening your location network

OPTIMIZATION TITLES

Four titles, four outputs.

We answer all questions, such as which branches should be supported, which should be restructured, and which regions can yield more potential.

SALES · ACCESSIBILITY · CUSTOMER PROFILE · COMPETITION

Which point is strong, and which is weak?

We analyze all your stores or service points in detail in terms of sales, accessibility, customer profile, and competitive strength.

A five-column table of four stores — code, location, revenue index, cannibalization, score — where Maslak scores 92 at 4% overlap and Levent · Çarşı only 38 at 38%.
Current Location Performance Analysis · four sites, revenue index and cannibalisation side by side

UNDERPERFORMANCE · CANNIBALIZATION

Which point is taking your own network’s customers?

We identify locations that underperform or cause cannibalization, and provide action recommendations that best suit your brand.

Sixteen points spread across a metropolitan İstanbul map in three states: nine pink to keep, four navy to relocate and three struck through to close.
Identifying Sites That Should Close or Relocate · sites to keep, relocate and close on one map

UNDER-COVERAGE · HIGH POTENTIAL

Which area is left outside your coverage?

We offer solutions tailored to high-potential but under-covered areas, enabling you to strategically expand your location network.

Three same-radius coverage circles — pink, violet and navy, each with a centre dot — across the Anatolian side, the first two overlapping, a dashed empty circle marking a gap.
Repositioning and Coverage Area Optimization · three new coverage areas and the gap between them

RENT · HEADCOUNT · LOGISTICS

Can the same network be run for less?

We aim to improve your resource utilization by evaluating costs such as rent, number of employees, and logistics on a location basis.

Three white cards on navy, each opening with a pink figure: +₺8.4M annual net impact, −18% route distance, and overlapping area down from 22% to 9%.
Operating Cost Optimization · annual net effect, route distance and overlapping area

Two of the titles measure and two propose: the first and the fourth evaluate the network as it stands today, the second and the third produce the recommendation that changes its shape. That is a reading order, not a separate package — all four titles work on the same list of points.

OPTIMIZATION STAGES

From the network you have to the one you need.

Three stages, in the order Next Geo publishes for this solution. The first measures, the second diagnoses, the third changes the shape of the network.

  1. 01

    Analyze Current Network

All your stores, branches, or service points are evaluated with criteria such as sales performance, customer density, competitive impact, and environmental potential. It is clearly revealed which point is strong and which is weak.

    • Point list
    • Sales performance
    • Customer density
    • Competitive impact
  2. 02

    Identify Problem and Overcrowded Spots

Locations that underperform, cause cannibalization, or have high operational costs are identified. Closure, relocation, or repositioning recommendations are offered with AI-powered analyses.

    • Cannibalization
    • Underperformance
    • Operational cost
    • Action recommendation
  3. 03

    Restructure the Network, Increase Efficiency

The entire location network is optimized with investments in high-potential areas, streamlining in inefficient points, and arrangements that will provide logistical advantages. Result: a sustainable structure achieved with lower costs and higher performance.

    • Coverage area
    • New point
    • Streamlining
    • Logistical advantage

Stage one asks you for one thing: a current list of points — an address or a coordinate for each, together with sales and cost data if you hold it. If the list arrives as address lines, matching, de-duplicating and verifying them are the titles of the Data Services solution; where a relocated or new point should go is Location and Area Selection’s job, and what it would sell there is Forecasting’s.

NEXT STEP

Growing is not always adding more.

Sometimes, growth begins not with adding more, but with better utilization of what you have. Make your location network the most efficient with Next Geo.

Let’s go through your network together: how many points you run, which ones are taking each other’s customers, and which area you do not cover — let’s start with your list of points.
